Conferencing and Security

Telephonic Conferencing

Telephonic conference hearings will be conducted in the absence of video conferencing capabilities. Access to prison facilities for our hearings will be denied by prison officials because of the hearing room’s location and security concerns. This does not apply to an inmate’s attorney, legal representative or any other person as determined by ADCRR officials. Please contact ADCRR for further information regarding their policy. This does not apply when the Board travels to an ADCRR facility for hearings. Victims, witnesses, supporters, advocates and the general public are encouraged to participate in hearings by attending in person or by telephone.
